Vakhtang is a legal and corporate governance professional with over 20 years of experience in public service, private practice, and international business. Prior to joining Nakadi, he served as Deputy Head of the Investigation Service at the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, overseeing administration, legal, HR, public relations, and international affairs. He also held leadership roles at RMG Copper and RMG Gold, managing restructuring, licensing, compliance, and high-level negotiations with international financial institutions.

Previously, Vakhtang was a Partner at SBC Legal and Senior Associate at DLA Piper Georgia, advising multinational corporations and development banks on complex cross-border transactions. He holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law.

At Nakadi, Vakhtang leads legal strategy and regulatory compliance, ensuring operations and partnerships meet the highest international standards.
