He began in software development and product delivery, then moved into credit analysis and financial operations, holding senior roles in both private and public sectors. He has led credit departments, managed corporate finance functions, and overseen strategic planning, with expertise in budget management, risk analysis, corporate governance, and operational optimization.

At Nakadi, Erekle oversees all financial operations, corporate services, and day-to-day business operations. He builds efficient processes, aligns teams, ensures operational excellence, and drives performance monitoring, resource allocation, and organizational development.
