Nikoloz started his career as a software engineer and quickly transitioned into network engineering and telecom infrastructure. With over 30 years of experience, he has held technical and executive roles across core networking, system operations, and strategic planning.

His background includes leading technical departments, advising executive teams, and overseeing the development of large-scale network systems. He has played a key role in

managing infrastructure growth, optimizing service delivery, and guiding organizational transitions during high-impact phases.

At Nakadi, Nikoloz serves as Chief Infrastructure Officer, responsible for the platform’s infrastructure, system reliability, and technology operations. He ensures our platforms are

robust, scalable, and built to support low-latency, high-quality streaming at a global scale.
